Cities with ceramic tradition join in national association

To support and promote the traditional and author ceramics. This is the aim of the Portuguese Association of Cities and Ceramic Villages, which will soon born from the union of about a dozen portuguese cities with a close connection to the ceramics, among which Caldas da Rainha.
 
The portuguese association is expected to join a network of other similar associations that already exist in several European countries, such as Spain, France, Italy, Germany or Romania, wich represent more than a hundred cities with an important cultural heritage. This European network will benefit from community support to defend, enhance and divulge cultural and historical ceramic heritage, as well as promote the exchange of experiences between all cities and towns involved.
